Beachfront Apartments in La Manga

A prestigious development of luxury 2 bed, 2 bathroomed apartments. Located right on the Mediterranean beach with great views from the terrace over the Mediterranean sea and Mar Menor sea views from the lounge too. The apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite – which has a hydro-massage bath), a living-dining room that has patio doors leading to a balcony terrace with sea views over the Mediterranean sea, at the other end of the lounge the windows offer sea views over the Mar Menor as well. It has an American style open plan fitted kitchen and is air conditioned (hot and cold) throughout. The development has 2 beachfront communal pools and is located towards the tip of the La Manga Strip right on the Mediterranean beach, the Mar Menor beach is just 250 yards on the other side of the “Strip”. There are several restaurants in the immediate area (open all year) including our favourite on the whole La Manga Strip which is just on the Mar Menor beach on the other side of the road and a couple of small supermarkets too. There is a 9 hole golf course with driving range 300 yards away and a bus service every 30 minutes that goes down the La Manga Strip to the fishing village of Cabo de Palos at the start of the “strip” (bus stop directly adjacent to the development).

It’s one of the most exotic areas in Spain. It’s a perfect place to enjoy to the fullest of the sea, above all in the spring time and the summer too, when is the high season and there are a lot of nautical sports. The area has all type of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, medical centers, dentists, pharmacies, golf courses, marinas, nautical sports and multiple leisure and free time options.
