Ciudad Quesada
At Quesada you find a lot of facilities, for example an Aqua Park, Golf Course and Social Club with restaurant, live entertainment, bowls and swimming facilities. There are numerous Bars, Restaurants, Shops including newsagents, supermarkets a tobacconist, hairdressers, banks’ with exchange facilities and medical centre. Ciudad Quesada is located 8 kilometres north of Torrevieja, on the other side of the large salt lakes. Ciudad Quesada is a desired residential area which got its name from a prominent businessman in the 70’s, Justo Quesada Samper. Ciudad Quesada hosts year-round residents rather than tourists.
The Ciudad Quesada amenities are very good. At walking distance from the currently constructed Villas are, among others, two large grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, a furniture store as well as a vet. The drive to the Mediterranean beach is a mere 15 minutes and approximately 10 minutes to Torrevieja. The journey to the Alicante airport takes approximately half an hour.
“Mercado de Campo de Guardamar” is located a few kilometres away. This legendary, lively market is open every Sunday and it hosts a restaurant area, fresh vegetables and fruit, clothes, pastries and bread from local bakeries and everything else from olives to sunglasses.
Still very near to the beaches and lovely quiet areas, this part of the Costa Blanca is a place for everyone.

Ciudad Quesada has its own 18 hole golf course La Marquesa and a water park (open during summer season). There are several other golf courses in the area.
